Obituary
Rory Lee Kelly, 63, of Lincoln,
passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at St.
Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
Rory was born June 20, 1959, Lincoln, the son of
William Riley Kelly and Carlene Ramlow-Hinton. He
married Cindy Shelton on May 29, 2009, in Negril,
Jamaica.
Rory is survived by his wife, Cindy; daughters,
BreeAnn (Kevin) Kaczmarczyk and Brooke (Kyle Vannoy)
Kelly; grandchildren, Abigail, Emmalynn, Caleb,
Emaline, and Isaac; father, William Riley Kelly;
sister, Debbie (Robert Mundy) Kelly-Graue; brother,
David Riley Kelly; and the beloved yorkie, Roscoe.
He is preceded in death by his
mother, Carlene; maternal and paternal grandparents;
and his longtime companion, Meg the German shepherd.

Rory enjoyed woodworking. He was an
avid gun collector. Rory enjoyed fishing, hunting,
gardening, being outdoors, riding his Harley
motorcycle, and watching western movies. Most of
all, Rory loved his family and friends; he greatly
enjoyed spending time with them.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on
Saturday, October 8, 2022, at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. A
celebration of life will follow at the American
Legion beginning at 4 p.m.
