Jayden Toft October Student of the Month at Lincolnland Technical Education Center

 

[October 18, 2022]   Jayden Toft, daughter of Jason and Candice, was named October Student of the Month for the Criminal Justice program at the Lincolnland Technical Education Center. Jayden is a senior at Lincoln Community High School.

Mr. Donnie Bowman, instructor, says that from day one, Jayden has been an awesome student to have in class. She has shown great leadership characteristics in the first few months of school. She is very interested in the subject matter and has a great personality that sets the mood for each class activity. “Jayden represents our school and program with class and a smile.”

Jayden was named an All Apollo Conference tennis player this year. She is the Varsity Tennis Captain, girls basketball manager, and baseball manager. She is a member of National Honor Society, Student Government and is also in the library club.

Her plans are to attend UIUC to major in political science. She may go to the College of Law there also.

Jayden received $50 from the award sponsor the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln.
