Obituary
Sandra L. Jun, 80, of Lincoln, passed
away on Sunday, September 25, 2022, at Copper Creek
Cottages in Lincoln.
Cremation Rites have been accorded. No services are
scheduled.
Sandra L. Buck was born October 17, 1941, in Alton,
Ill., the daughter of Charles M. and Bernice Lee
Buck. She was united in marriage to Jim Jun on May
8, 1965. He survives.
Sandra is also survived by two sons: Andy (Shelley)
Jun and Matthew (Amy) Jun; and six grandchildren:
Rebekah, Luke, Adam and Leah, and Liam and Evan.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate
family, and was preceded in death by her parents,
one brother and one sister.

Sandra was a 1959 graduate of Alton
High School. She was a member of Holy Family
Catholic Church. Sandra had previously been employed
by the John Gehlbach Law Offices and the Illinois
Secretary of State’s attorney’s office. In her spare
time, Sandra enjoyed gardening, drawing, painting
and spending time with her kids.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s
Research Hospital.
Peasley Funeral Home is assisting the family with
