on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Obituary
Donald Loren McKnight, 88, of
Lincoln, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022,
at Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Donald was born January 27, 1934, in Lincoln, the
son of Roy S. McKnight and Mildred Marie Richards.
He married Sandra Kaye Fulk on June 18, 1967, in
Lincoln.
Donald is survived by his wife, Sandra; and his
daughters, Patricia Ann (Dan) Alexander and Julia
Kaye (Sam) Carmack.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother,
Melvin R. McKnight.
Donald was a member of Lincoln Christian Church, and
proudly performed with Lincoln Community Theater,
and Lincoln Area Music Society. He honorably served
in the United States Army from 1954-1956 in Korea.

Donald & Sandra lovingly celebrated
their 55th wedding anniversary this year.
A service for Donald will be held at 10 a.m. on
Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
(The family requests that everyone in attendance
wear facemasks and practice social distancing)
A private family burial will take place at a later
date. Memorials may be made in Donald’s name to
Lincoln Christian Church or The Foundation Fighting
Blindness for retinitis pigmentosa in honor of his
brother, Melvin McKnight.
