The Hartsburg-Emden Stags spent their weekend
at the Quincy Notre Dame Tournament, where they finished 2-2
against a field of very tough competition. The
Stags started the tournament against the hosts, losing to Quincy
Notre Dame 16-25 and 17-25. Hartem then defeated
Dekalb 26-24 and 25-12. The Stags then fell to
Montini Catholic 17-25 and 14-25. Hartem ended
the day on a good note, defeating Gateway Academy 25-16 and
25-15. The Stags record is now 22-12 overall on
the season.
