"I was exploring new approaches while maintaining
relationships to previous wall pieces and concepts. A good portion
of this body of work took shape with a focus on light and shadow as
natural elements integrated into the sculptural forms", Dan states.
Dan lives in Bloomington, IL and creates his work at Nardi Studios.
He received his BA in Studio Art in 1976 and MS in Painting in 1978,
both from ISU. Dan has shown in numerous exhibitions and has sixteen
major site-specific installations.
Projects located on campuses of University of Wisconsin, Madison,
Illinois State University, Normal, University of Illinois, Chicago
and Urbana- Champaign, Eastern Illinois University, Charleston,
Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, Northern Illinois
University, DeKalb, Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, New Mexico
Junior College, Hobbs, NM, and Utah State University Eastern, Price,
UT. Public projects also include Philadelphia, PA, New York State,
Central Illinois Regional Airport, Bloomington, IL, and Amber Glen
Park, Hillsboro, OR.

The show will be on display until October 8th with open hours on
Friday from 5-8pm and Saturday 10-1pm. All exhibitions are free of charge.
