Obituary
David Leach, 68, of Lincoln passed
away on Monday, September 5, 2022, at Lincoln
Memorial Hospital.
David was born May 23, 1954, in Pana, the son of
Charles Emery and Ruby Mae (Stamper) Leach. He
married Marcia Vaughn on June 11, 1977, in
Taylorville.
David is survived by his wife, Marcia; his children,
Jason Leach, Pamela S. (Trever) Unser, and Brian
James Edward (Samantha) Leach; his siblings, Joe
(Vanessa) Leach, Shirley Hartman, Betty Kidd, Dean
Leach, Barbie Brandt, and Jane Garmon; ten
grandchildren; many nieces, nephew, cousins, and
friends; and his beloved dog, Ozzy.

He is preceded in death by his
parents.
David enjoyed playing pool, fishing, and riding his
motorcycle.
A memorial gathering will take place from 12:00 noon
to 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
Memorial donations may be made in David’s name to
The Colon Cancer Foundation or National Alliance on
Mental Illnesses.
