Obituary
Dean H. Peddicord, 87, passed away on
Thursday, September 16, 2022 at Vonderleith Living
Center in Mount Pulaski.
Dean was born on May 31, 1935 in Lincoln, to Henry
and Sophia (Westen) Peddicord. He married Katherine
Weidhuner on July 27,1957 in Menard County. She
preceded him in death on May 29, 1998.
Surviving Dean is his partner in life, Eleanor
Clements of Mount Pulaski. He was preceded in death
by two sons Mark Peddicord and Steve Peddicord.
Dean was a farmer by occupation, retiring in 2000,
he moved to his home in Mount Pulaski. He was a
member of the Mount Pulaski First United Methodist
Church, Mount Pulaski Grade School Board, Mount
Pulaski Grain Company Board Secretary, and President
of Steenbergen Cemetery. |
Services for Dean will be at 11 a.m.
on Monday, September 19th, 2022 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mount Pulaski.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to
services. Burial will be at Steenbergen Cemetery,
Mount Pulaski.
