With Earth Day being just around
the corner, a special workshop aimed at sustaining our
earth and our environment took place at the Lincoln Park
District on Saturday April 15th.
Linda Stroh presented the Zero Waste Workshop,
explaining how that even items dubbed as recyclable are
not good for our environment. She spoke on coming up
with natural alternatives for plastic products that have
become a common part of our daily routine.
Stroh offered a massive amount of information on how to
live a more sustainable lifestyle and why it is
important.
