- Robert “Bob” Brickey Jr., 69, of Lincoln, passed
away on Monday, April 10, 2023, at Lincoln Village Healthcare.

Service:
A private family graveside service will be held at
10 a.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Carlyle
Cemetery in Lake Fork.

Obituary
Robert “Bob” Brickey Jr., 69, of
Lincoln, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023, at
Lincoln Village Healthcare.
Bob was born on September 21, 1953, in Springfield,
the son of Robert and Donna (Daniels) Brickey Sr.
Bob is survived by his son, Nathan Brickey;
siblings, Leslie Papesch, John (Vicki) Brickey, and
Lucinda Chapman; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bob worked at Operating Engineers
Local 965, where he retired after 36 years. Bob also
spent time with Local 649 and 841. He was a member
of Ancient Free Accepted Masons of IL, Mt. Pulaski
Lodge #0087 for 46 years. |
A private family graveside service
will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2023,
at Carlyle Cemetery in Lake Fork.
Memorial donations may be made in Bob’s name to
Shriner’s Hospital.
Arrangements have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
