  • Charles W. Martin, age 57, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 4/17/2023 at 7:22 p.m. on 5th Street on a Failure to Register charge.
     

Logan County Sheriff's Office

  • Kendal S. Bell, age 28, of Elkhart, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff's Office on 4/17/2023 at 10:53 a.m. at his residence on a Domestic Battery charge.
