 The
Scavenger Hunt features nine unique items to find in eight Logan
County parks in the Lincoln area.
Examples of items to find include a large hallow tree, a very large
Chinkapin Oak tree, a frog statue and a metal pig. Participants are
invited to search for these items anytime the parks are open from
dawn to dusk.
The Scavenger Hunt can be found
on the Logan County Tourism website,
www.destination
logancountyil.com, specifically on the Explore
Outdoors section of the website. The Logan County Parks
Coalition hopes to expand the scavenger hunt over time to more
parks around the county.
