What may have been the hottest day of the fair seemed quite
comfortable at the Lincoln Stage and the crowd this year was a lot
larger than last year.
The 9:30 a.m. Silver Fox Fitness program was led by Georgia Allison.
Georgia has led these programs for a number of years at the Oasis
Senior Center in Lincoln.
On Friday, she led a group of seniors through exercises that
stretch, tone and improve range of motion. Even younger families
floated through the room joined in and had a good time.
