Lincoln Memorial Hospital Trailblazer Walking Program Moves Indoors for Winter

A winter-friendly indoor walking location is available for Lincoln Memorial Hospital and the public on Wednesdays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Lincoln Area YMCA gym located at 719 Wyatt Ave. The Trailblazer walking program is free and open to all with no registration required. The indoor schedule runs Jan. 3 through March 27.

“We know the winter season can pose barriers to exercise, so we’re thankful for our partnership with the Lincoln Area YMCA, who graciously share an indoor space with our Trailblazers," said Molly McCain, Community Health coordinator at Lincoln Memorial Hospital. “Our walkers can expect random prizes and new challenges to complete as well!”
