Stephanie Hall recently had the opportunity to spend
time with Logan County resident Bob Rankin in
Springfield at the Real Ax ax throwing range. Ax
throwing is something Rankin began when he was a
teenager. He’s competed on multiple occasions at the
National Railsplitting Competition in Lincoln and
other venures, including the World Ax Throwing
League competition in Appleton Wisconsin this past
November.
