Crystal Lippert, BSN,
RN, with Acute Care at Lincoln Memorial Hospital, is
the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Year.
Lippert stays diligent and focused on any changes in
her patients to determine immediately what’s going

be mentally, physically or both,” she said. She
plans to further her education and become a family
nurse practitioner.
“Crystal always goes above and beyond for her
patients and fellow colleagues,” wrote her
nominator. “She is a fabulous asset to the Acute
Care team, and we could not do it without her.”
Lippert has worked for Lincoln Memorial Hospital
since 2019.
The colleague of the year is selected from nine
individuals previously named colleague of the month
from January through November of the year. Lippert
