Obituary
Brian Rickord, 57, of Lincoln passed
away on Friday, December 22, 2023, in his home.
Brain was born on October 30, 1966, in Lincoln, the
son of Paul Franklin and Linda Carol (Hertzfeldt)
Rickord Jr.
Brian is survived by his mother, Linda; his son,
Zachary (Jade) Rickord; his sister, Christine Rene
(Bryce) Lahmann; and his granddaughter, Averlee
Rickord.
Brian was preceded in death by his father.
Brian retired as a Correctional Officer from Lincoln
Correctional Center after 31 years of service. Brian
was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church in
Lincoln. In his younger years Brian was an avid
hunter and trapper in Logan County. |
Graveside services for Brain will be
held at 2:00pm on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Zion
Cemetery in Lincoln.
Memorial donations may be made in Brian’s name to
The Humane Society of Logan County.
Services have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
