The
Rotary motto is “Service Above Self”. This year Lincoln Rotary is
celebrating 100 years as a service club. We are well known for our
citrus sales in November, and Chicken dinners in the spring just to
mention couple. Clubs do fundraising to be able to provide service
projects to the local community and beyond.
We are no different. This year we are planning a service project
entitled “Benches in the Parks”.
How can we help you might ask? It’s simple, on Friday, March 24th at
the American Legion there will be a dinner and local talent from
Lincoln Community Theatre performing “A Night on Broadway.” The
event that starts at 5 p.m. will also offer a silent auction.
