Obituary
RaLynn F. Babbs, 18, of Lincoln,
passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
RaLynn was born on April 6, 2004, in Lincoln, the
daughter of Rachelle Babbs and Robert Bottoms.
RaLynn is survived by her aunt & uncle who adopted
her, RaJean (Mark) Hoffman; her siblings, Keaton
Polen, Claidyn (Adrianna Mahler) Bottoms and their
daughter, Laiklynne Bottoms, JozaLynn Babbs, Eric
Hoffman, Alyssa Hoffman and Korynn Hoffman; her
aunts & uncles, Robert Babbs Jr.; Darrin (Tabatha)
Babbs, Sarah Adams, Lacey Green; DJ Polen, and
Amanda (Patrick) Walters; her maternal grandparents,
Becky (Andy) Adams; Robert Sr. (Deborah) Babbs;
paternal grandparents, Danny & Becky Polen; her
adoptive grandfather, Kevon Green; her adoptive
great-grandfather, JD Green; her maternal
great-grandmother, Martha Evans; and her numerous
cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rachelle;
father, Matthew Polen; grandfather, Robert Babbs
Sr.; and her great-grandfathers, Steven Evans, and
James Babb. |
RaLynn enjoyed drawing and listening
to all kinds of music, especially Bob Marley. She
was an animal lover, enjoyed horseback riding and
loved exploring the creek. Above all else, she
enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Services for RaLynn will be held at 10:00am on
Friday February 24, 2023, at Lincoln Christian
Church with Ron Otto and Larry Crawford officiating.
Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00pm Thursday
February 23, 2023, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln. Burial will follow the
services at New Union Cemetery in Lincoln.
Memorial donations may be made in RaLynn’s name to
the Humane Society of Logan County.
