Fassig received an associate degree from Sauk Valley
Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Millikin University.
Originally from Sublette, Illinois, Fassig currently makes his home
in Lincoln, Illinois with wife, Katie and their first child. When
asked about his promotion, Fassig stated, “I'm very excited for the
opportunity to continue the excellent work that Heartland Bank is
doing in the community.”
