- Sharyn A. Blair, 78, of Clinton (formerly of Mt.
Pulaski) passed away on Saturday, June 10th, 2023, at Vonderlieth
Living Center in Mt. Pulaski.

Obituary
Sharyn A. Blair, 78, of Clinton
(formerly of Mt. Pulaski) passed away on Saturday,
June 10th, 2023, at Vonderlieth Living Center in Mt.
Pulaski.
Sharyn was born on April 22, 1945, in Bloomington,
the daughter of James F. and Elaine M. (Murphy)
Kent. She was first married to William F. Reeder.
She later married Edward Blair on February 25, 1984,
in Mt. Pulaski. He preceded her in death on March
29, 2012.
Sharyn is survived by her six children: William Kent
Reeder of Alto Pass, Libby (Doug) Cross of Clinton,
Mark (Cindy) Blair of Springfield, Kathy (Rick)
Davis of Mt. Pulaski, Karen (Glen) Griesheim of
Colorado, and Karla (Greg) Griesheim of Elkhart, 13
grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She is
also survived by her two brothers James (Susan) Kent
of Rochester, and Jay (Peggy) Kent of Illiopolis.

Sharyn was preceded in death by her
parents, husband, and her son: Aaron Reeder.
A Celebration of Life for all family
and friends will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on
Friday, June 16th at the Mt. Pulaski American Legion
Post 447. A private family graveside will also be
held at Riverside Cemetery in Illiopolis at a later
date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials
be made to Dewitt County Animal Shelter or
Vonderlieth Living Center.
Arrangements have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski.
