Obituary
Teresita De Jesus, 87, of Lincoln,
passed away peacefully at the home she shared with
her sister.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry
& Bennett Funeral Home. A celebration of life will
be held at a later date as well as a burial in Holy
Cross Cemetery.
Teresita was born March 4, 1936 in the Philippines,
the daughter of Benito and Maria ( Paz) De Jesus.
She formerly worked at the Garment Factory in
Lincoln, but more recently was employed in the
cafeteria at Lincoln College.
Surviving are her sisters Faye Arulfo of Lincoln and
Dolores Reyes of Chicago. Many nieces, nephews,
great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends also
survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister
Mary, and three brothers. |
Memorial donations may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church and
will be BBC accepted at the funeral home.
