Obituary
Mary Fletcher, 100, of Lincoln,
passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at her home.
Mary was born March 24, 1923, in Springfield, the
daughter of George and Emily (LaForge) White. She
married George Fletcher on October 10, 1943, in
Norfolk, VA. He preceded her in death on October 13,
2016.
Mary is survived by her nephews, Rodney (Paula)
White, Jim (Jane) White, Tim (Connie) White, and Tom
(Diane) Fletcher; many great nieces and nephews; and
great-great nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her
parents; brother, John White; and sister-in-law,
Muriel White.
A graveside service for Mary will be held at 10 a.m.
on Friday, March 31, 2023, at Richmond Grove
Cemetery in New Holland.
Memorials may be made in Mary’s name to New Holland
Methodist Church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
