On Tuesday, October
24, Lincoln Junior High School held an honors assembly. Those
recognized at the assembly included sixth, seventh and eighth grade
students who had received honorable mention, honors or high honors
during the first quarter of the school year.
Other awards went to the junior high board scholars and the
September and October students of the month for sixth, seventh and
eighth grade. Students of the month are chosen from a list of
students submitted by their teachers.
Students of the month for September were Garrett Durbin, sixth
grade; Tim Zheng, seventh grade and Daisee Jackson, eighth grade.
Students of the month for October were Gabriella Koke, sixth grade;
Gabriel Jones, seventh grade and Ian Xie, eighth grade.
