  • Mark Swinford, age 62, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/3/2023 at 7:48 p.m. on Broadway Street on a Possession of Methamphetamine charge.
     

  • Wendy J. Helton, age 43, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/4/2023 at 10:03 a.m. at her residence on a Domestic Battery charge.
     

  • Devan J. Miller, age 29, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/5/2023 at 10:56 a.m. on 8th Street on a Champaign County Warrant and Logan County Warrant 2023 CF 95 on Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance charges.

  • Laquisha M. Roby, age 32, of Springfield, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff's Office on 11/4/2023 at 3:50 p.m. on a Mclean County Warrant.
