The Logan County Coroner, Donald P. Peasley, has announced that an 18 year old male from Lake Fork was pronounced deceased on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 0821 a. m. at the scene following a single car accident at 100 1325 Avenue Lake Fork, Illinois.

This death is being investigated by the Logan County Sheriff’s Office and the Logan County Coroner’s Office.
