  • Dwight L. Rehman, age 41, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/25/2023 at 10:00 a.m. on Woodlawn Road on Attempted Aggravated Vehicular Hijacking, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Aggravated Assault charges.
