Shawndra Rah Jacobs Foxworth, 28, of Chenoa, formerly of Lincoln, passed away November 13, 2023 at her home.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home.

Shawndra was born August 29, 1995 in Chicago, IL., the daughter of Cheryl Foxworth. She was a very hard worker. Shawndra was formerly the manager at McDonalds and at Jersey Mike's Subs. She was a free spirit and loved to have fun. She was passionate about beauty and loved doing her makeup. Shawndra was a very loving and devoted mother.

Survivors include her mother Cheryl Foxworth, daughter Ava Rose Otero, sister Sherhonda Perez, Uncle Johnnie Jacobs Jr. and nieces and nephews: Kaylah Perez, Jacob Castro, Liam Castro, and Jenna Moran.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Lucille Booker.

Memorial donations may be made to her daughter Ava Rose, in care of Richard Otero.
