 The
LAMS chorale, under the direction of Dr. Dinelle Frankland, is
gearing up for a fun season filled with holiday music! Individuals
of all ages and all vocal parts are welcome to join. Rehearsals will
be held Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:15 p.m. at Jefferson Street
Christian Church beginning Oct 10th. For more information contact

The LAMS orchestra is directed by Calob Pluhm and will rehearse from
1:00-3:00 p.m. on Sundays at Lincoln Community High School, starting
on October 15th. If interested in joining, or for more information,

The annual holiday concert, featuring the orchestra and chorale, is
scheduled for December 9th at 7:00 p.m. and will be repeated on
December 10th at 2:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Community High School
Auditorium. The concert is free to the public.

Lincoln Area Music Society
provides an opportunity for local musicians to get together and
perform for our community. Concerts are held in the winter and
in the spring. This summer, band concerts in Latham Park were
also sponsored by the group. Each year, opportunities for
scholarships are provided to qualifying student participants
that are furthering their education.
Support of the musical arts in our community through Lincoln
Area Music Society is made possible through individual and
business donations and sponsorships. Anyone who would like to
