  • Shane A. Lucas, age 48, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 10/7/2023 at 9:19 a.m. at his residence on a Retail Theft charge.
     

  • Tina E. Wright, age 26, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 10/7/2023 at 3:15 p.m. at her residence on a Domestic Battery charge.
     

  • Kayla J. Hunt, age 26, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 10/9/2023 at 12:05 p.m. at her residence on Domestic Battery and Aggravated Assault charges.
     

  • Courtney N. Skelton, age 36, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 10/9/2023 at 2:07 p.m. at her residence on an Order of Protection charge.

  • Helen J. Clemens, age 47, of Peoria, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 10/6/2023 at 3:50 p.m. on 1350th Street on Logan County Warrant 2021 CF 112 on a Theft charge.
