Hartsburg-Emden defeats Illini Bluffs on Senior Night

 

[October 16, 2023] 

The Stags hosted Illini Bluffs Thursday night and both Hartem teams picked up wins on Senior Night.

Coach Jennifer Hayes called the night a success in front of a huge home crowd.

The Varsity won 25-17 and 25-22.

The JV won 25-3 and 25-5.

Alayna Briggs led Hartem with 10 kills.

Celia Cross had 19 assists.

The Stags improved to 24-3 on the season and 6-0 in the Tomahawk Conference.

The Stags gave Illini Bluffs (17-4) their first loss of the season in the Tomahawk Conference.
