Obituary
Larry R. Mileham, 69, of Decatur
passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at the
Decatur Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.
A Memorial Service for Larry will be held on
Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the
Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln with Rev. Joseph
Dondanville officiating.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00
a.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the funeral
home.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Lincoln.
Larry Raye Mileham was born in Lincoln on August 28,
1954 the son of Walter C. and Elsie M. (Charron)
Mileham.
Surviving are his daughter: Alicia Olvera of
Bradenton, Fl., two sons: Justin and Aaron. Three
brothers: Daniel and John of Lincoln, Allen Dale
(Jean) of Newport, North Carolina, one sister: Helen
Meagher-Simmons (Dick Simmons) of Lincoln. One
grandson: Jeffrey Bailey of Bradenton, Fl., Five
nieces and five nephews: Angela Mileham, Kevin (Pam)
Meagher, Eric Mileham, Jennifer (Rad) Bishop, Kelly
Lane, Brian Mileham, Scott (Jayne) Mileham, Sadie
(Mark) Yoggerst, Shelby (David) Harvey, David A.
(Brianne) Mileham; great nieces and nephews and
numerous cousins. Companion : Jenny Jones. |
He was preceded in death by his
parents, two brothers: David and Ronald, one sister:
Rita Mileham Schriber and nephews: Clint Schriber
and Kent Meagher.
Larry was an animal lover having had various birds,
cats and dogs throughout his life. Larry loved his
family and enjoyed having meals with family.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Logan
County, Holy Family food pantry or charity of the
donor's choice.
