Obituary
Janet E. Price, 81, of Lincoln passed
away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at St. Clara's
Rehab and Senior Care Center in Lincoln.
Private family services will be held at a later
date. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Lincoln.
Janet Eileen Dee was born on September 23, 1941 in
Lincoln at the St. Clara's Hospital the daughter of
Robert and Helen (Dee) Lee. She was united in
marriage to Gene Price on August 4, 1962 at St.
Patrick's Catholic Church in Elkhart. He survives.
Also surviving are her children: Brad (Sheri) Price,
Steven (Angela) Price and Suzanne (Bob) Crain. One
sister: Judy (James) Liston,one Brother-in-law Henry
"Bud' Litterly. Six grandchildren and Eight great
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one
sister: Joanne Litterly. |
Janet graduated from the Elkhart High
School in 1959 and then St. John's School of Nursing
in Springfield in 1962. She worked as a Registered
Nurse for over 40 years.
Her hobbies included reading and painting.
Memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic
Church.
