Healthcare Executives

Alyssa
Schmidt, director of quality, safety and compliance at Lincoln
Memorial Hospital, has been named a Fellow of the American College
of Healthcare Executives.
The American College of Healthcare Executives is an international
society of healthcare leaders. Only 8,866 healthcare executives
nationwide have achieved the FACHE credential, which requires
candidates to fulfill multiple requirements that include meeting
academic and experiential criteria, earning continuing education
hours, demonstrating professional/community involvement and passing
a comprehensive examination.
“This is a tremendous professional accomplishment for Alyssa and
reflects her strong commitment to our patients, organization and
community,” said Dolan Dalpoas, president and CEO of Lincoln
Memorial Hospital.
Schmidt began her career at LMH as a physical therapist assistant in
1998. Since 2013, she has held multiple administrative and
leadership roles in the areas of quality, safety and compliance. She
lives in Lincoln with her husband of 25 years, Adam. She has been a
member of the Lincoln Community High School Board of Education since
2017 and serves in several volunteer and leadership roles at Open
Arms Christian Fellowship.
