Obituary
Dennis L. Chapman, 49, of Lincoln,
passed away April 6, 2024 at his home.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry
& Bennett Funeral Home.
A memorial visitation will be held from 11 a.m.
until 12 Noon on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Holland
Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. A memorial service
will follow at 12 Noon also at the funeral home.
Casual dress is requested by the family.
Dennis was born January 11, 1975 in Lincoln,
Illinois, the son of William Everett Chapman and
Marilyn (Volbruck) Chapman. He was employed at
Rivian. Dennis enjoyed fishing, riding his
motorcycle, playing pool and pool leagues, being
with his family, and was a devoted Cubs fan. |
Survivors include his mother Marilyn Chapman, fiance Kelly Fritz
and girls Myanna and Mia; three siblings: Robert Chapman, Laurie (Jason) Caho,
and Andrew Chapman; 8 nieces and nephews; 6 great nieces and nephews; and
extended family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association and will be
accepted at the funeral home.
