The
Lincoln Police Department has become aware of an ongoing game,
played by local youths, called “Assassin's.” The game involves the
use of water guns to eliminate other players until the “last man
standing” wins.
While we appreciate good clean fun, we urge participants to play in
a safe manner. The Police Department does not condone the use of
water guns with realistic appearance, players wearing masks or
attempting to conceal their identity, trespassing on private
property at any time or playing in places that may cause alarm to
the public, such as businesses. Actions such as these have caused
concerns in other communities.

If you are a participant, please
use good judgment and be respectful of others and their property
while playing.
