Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois’ (CAPCIL)
is hosting an online auction that is open to the public as part of
their Cheeseburger in Paradise Fundraiser. The online auction opened
Tuesday April 16th at 7:00am and will run through Friday April 26th
closing at 8:00pm.
Items have been donated from various businesses and organizations in
Logan, Dewitt, Menard, and Fulton Counties. Participants will have
opportunities to bid on several gift cards, tickets, gift baskets,
and more. Follow CAPCIL Facebook page for auction item spotlights
daily throughout the duration of the auction. All proceeds go to
support CAPCIL’s mission and includes programs such as Meals on
Wheels, Head Start, Senior Transportation and several more poverty
fighting initiatives.
The link to access the online auction will be found on the CAPCIL
website under the Cheeseburger in Paradise page. The website shows
each item with description, links to donor social media and/or
websites, item value, shareable links, and opportunity to place
individual bid or enter an auto bid. You will be notified by text if
you have been out bid.

Once the online auction ends, payment will be requested. All
major debit/credit cards are accepted. Once payment has been
received, items can be picked up at 1800 5th Street in Lincoln
starting May 1st. If other arrangements need to be made, please
