Loves Park woman gets a lottery-winning gift
A Loves Park woman who received a lottery ticket as a gift is a
million dollars richer. The ticket was purchased at a Fas mart
in Loves Park April 22. The winner received the ticket as a gift
from a regular customer, and was in complete shock when she
discovered it was a jackpot-winning ticket worth $1 million. The
woman, who wants to remain anonymous, plans to use her prize to
buy a car, give some to her grandfather, and find a new place to
live. For selling the winning ticket, Fas Mart in Loves Park
will receive a selling bonus of one percent of the prize amount,
or $10,000.
