Mount Pulaski defeats Monticello 47-31
Murphy leads Lady Toppers with 18 points

[December 07, 2024]  Mount Pulaski hosted Monticello on Thursday night and it was the purple and gold home team really shutting down the visitors in the second half of the game.   

Mount Pulaski trailed 23-22 at the half but outscored Monticello 25-8 in the second half to take the 47-31 win.

Alyson Murphy and Audrey Cooper combined for 30 points. 

Addison Brown had two 3s to keep the Lady Toppers in the game.

Mount Pulaski improved to 5-1 on the season.

In the JV game Monticello defeated Mount Pulaski 40-23.

Makenzie Johnston led the JV team with 17 points.
