All aboard the Polar Express! The Arlee Theater presents its own Polar Express Experience Dec. 20 & 21

[December 02, 2024] All aboard the Polar Express!

This annual family event will set the mood for the rest of the holidays as we all listen for the tinkling of sleigh bells and ponder what we believe.

Kids – and adults if they wish – can wear their pajamas, robe and slippers to the Arlee Theater where The Conductor will punch their ticket. Elves and chefs give each “passenger” hot chocolate, a cookie and popcorn to enjoy while watching the classic Christmas movie, “Polar Express,” followed by a souvenir from the evening and a visit from a certain bearded guest of honor from the North Pole.

The Polar Express Experience will get underway at 7 p.m. Friday December 20 (with on-screen captions), at 1 p.m. on Saturday December 21, and at 7 p.m. on Saturday December 21. Doors open 30 minutes before each showtime.

Tickets can be purchased at www.arleetheater.com until one day before each show or at the Arlee during business hours, as well as at the door the day of the event while supplies last. Advanced tickets are strongly recommended for this volunteer-run local tradition.
