The Mount Pulaski Hilltoppers compiled a 2-3 record in the Heritage/Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Holiday Tournament that took place from December 26, 2024 to December 28, 2024.

Sickness plagued the Hilltoppers throughout the five games and they are still playing without injured starter Franklin Wade.

On Thursday Mount Pulaski picked up two wins in the tournament by defeating Heritage 59-49 and then beating Georgetown-Ridge Farm 49-41.

Eric Cooper was the leading scorer in both games for Mount Pulaski. He poured in 23 points against Heritage and 19 points against Georgetown-Ridge Farm.

Friday afternoon the Hilltoppers lost a nail biter to Armstrong 67-64.

Eric Cooper led all players with 24 points. Luke Martin tossed in 14 points and Beau Tschantz hit double-figures with 10 points.

Friday night the Hilltoppers were beat by Salt Fork 55-46.

Cooper had 13 points to lead Mount Pulaski while Luke Martin and Aaron Kuznik each scored 10 points.

On Saturday afternoon the Hilltoppers lost to Providence Cristo 62-55. Cooper (17) and Martin (11) were the scoring leaders in that game.

The Hilltoppers record is 4-10 on the season.

The Hilltoppers play at Springfield Lutheran on Friday, January 3, 2025.

The JV game is set for 6:00 p.m. and the Varsity will tip-off at 7:30 p.m.
