Garron was an avid woodworker who
could often be found spending time in his workshop
making knives. When he wasn’t in his workshop, he
found peace in reading a good book, a library could
be built with the number of books he’s read. He was
a dog person who has a soft spot for any that came
his way. Garron was a registered nurse and a
respiratory therapist in Springfield and Lincoln for
over 35 years. Garron had a zest for all things in
life, but his true love language was food; he loved
cooking for his family and creating recipes that
will now be handed down to his children &
grandchildren.
A memorial service for Garron will be held at 11
a.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Open Arms in
Lincoln, with Pastor Larry Crawford officiating.
Visitation will take place one hour prior to the
service from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. also at the church.
Memorials may be made in Garron’s name to the Humane
Society of Logan County.
