Cranked Garage a great new start up in Atlanta

Tucked away, next to the Atlanta public swimming pool, you will find “Cranked Garage.” Jeremy Hereford and Andrew Sims began their one-stop shop for auto performance and restoration services last year, with the help of partners Josh and Justin Collins.

The Cranked Garage address is 106 SW First Street in Atlanta, Illinois, but you’ll have to drive around the corner and enter in the rear by the drive off of Vine Street (next to the barber shop).

Hereford and Sims take pride in taking old, beat-up hotrods and giving them new life. Their goal is to get their clients’ cars sounding, feeling, and pulling the way they’ve always wanted. They look sharp, too, making the garage a one-stop shop for vintage – as well as modern – cars and trucks to get both an internal and external overhaul to whatever lengths the customer desires.

Cranked Garage services range from tire sales, suspension work and installation [lowering, lifting, and leveling], to exhaust systems, and engine and drive train work. They also offer fuel system upgrades, interior restoration and upgrades, lighting installation and upgrades, as well as frame and body repair.

The four Cranked Garage partners worked on vehicles together for years, sharing their enthusiasm for bringing new life to well-used and well-loved vehicles. All that experience and passion led to the official opening of Cranked Garage in Atlanta on September 5, 2023.
