Georgia Horchem, 76, of Lincoln, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. There will be no services at this time.

Georgia was born April 3, 1948, in Lincoln, IL., the daughter of Glen Gill and Helen (Harden) Gill. She married Larry Horchem on July 1, 1968. He preceded her in death on September 22, 2013. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children: Gregory Horchem (Sara), Janet Krause (Kevin), and Christopher Scott Horchem (Amber), daughter in law Jackie Horchem; 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; brother Rex Gill, brother Roger Gill, and sister Dorothy Dambacher. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Rodney Horchem, and several siblings.

Memorial donations may be made to Elara Caring Hospice.
