Kidd, CEO of The First National Bank in Tremont, retired on June 30,
2024 after a 20-year career with the bank.
Ms. Kidd started at The First National Bank in Tremont in August,
2004, and held various positions until she was named President in
2017. She then was named President and CEO on Jan. 1, 2018 and
continued in this role until June, 2024.
Kidd started at New Holland Farmers Bank in 1979, and remained
through two mergers, leaving as Community Bank President of Union
Planters Bank in 1999. She then worked for North American
Association of Central Cancer Registries, Inc., where she served as
Director of Administration until 2004, when she returned to the
banking profession, as Vice President of The First National Bank in
Tremont at their New Holland Banking Center location.
Ms. Kidd is a graduate of Lincoln Christian
University, where she obtained her degree in Leadership and
Management. She is also a graduate of the Illinois Bankers School at
SIU Carbondale. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Lincoln
District 27 Foundation Board and Chapter JW, P.E.O. and is also a
Board Member of Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Kidd will continue as a
Director on The First National Bank of Tremont’s Board of Directors.
