Obituary
Phyllis Miller, 81, of Lincoln passed
away on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Springfield
Memorial Hospital.
Phyllis was born August 16, 1942, in Lincoln, the
daughter of Irvin and Evelyn (Banister) Ware. She
married Everett Miller in Lincoln; he preceded her
in death in December of 2023.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Lora (Tim)
Eichel, Terry (Holly) Snyder, Gary (Cindy) Snyder,
Everett (Donna) Miller Jr., Randy (Natalie) Miller,
and Raymond Miller; numerous grandchildren and
great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Ruth
Shockley, Charles Ware, and Boyd Ware.
She was preceded in death by her parents and
husband. |
She worked hard her entire life and
raised a family that will sorely miss her. Phyllis
enjoyed the peace that reading a good book or
solving a puzzle brought her.
Services for Phyllis will be held at 11 a.m. on
Monday, July 15, 2024, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln. Visitation will take place
two hours prior from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. also at the
funeral home. A private family burial will be held.
Memorials may be made in Phyllis’ name to The
American Heart Association.
