[July 24, 2024]    The Lincoln Technical Education Center (LTEC) is excited to announce this year’s Building Trades “Open House” on August 5, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

This house was built by the LTEC Building Trades Students over the past year under the direction of Mr. John Ford. The house is located at “815 Bryan Ave,” Lincoln, Illinois.

This new home offers a beautiful open concept living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house also features an oversized two car garage and hardwood floors. This house is for sale by “sealed bid.” If you are interested, please submit your sealed bid with $1000 Earnest Money to the Lincoln Community High School District Office, attention Matt Puckett, Director of LTEC.

All sealed bids must meet the minimum reserve of $225,000. The sealed bids will be opened at 9 am on August 16, 2024, with the highest bidder offered the home after the approval from the LTEC Board of Control.
