Obituary
Robert “Pa” Wolpert, 74, of Lincoln
formerly of Mt. Pulaski passed away on Friday, June
7, 2024 in the comfort of his own home.
Pa was born on November 16, 1949, in Mt. Pulaski,
the son of Marion C. & Louise (Koester) Wolpert. He
married Karen L. “Ma” Tendick on March 21, 1970, in
Mt. Pulaski.
Pa is survived by his wife; his children, Jason W.
(Cassie) Wolpert and Angel L. Wolpert; his
grandchildren, Logan Wolpert, Cobi Estes, Emery
Matthews, and Maxam Roberts; his brothers, Kenneth
Wolpert and Donald Wolpert; his sisters, Marilyn
Greathouse and Joan Piller. Additionally Pa is
survived by all his special nieces & nephews.
Pa was preceded in death by his parents; his
brothers, Charles, Alvin “Bodge”, Larry; and his
sister, Patricia.

Pa was a member of Zion Lutheran
Church in Mt. Pulaski, and he retired from the
bottle plant after 45 years of service. Anyone who
knew Pa knew that he was the life of every party he
went to; he was always in his happy place when he
was celebrating with his friends. But above all
else, Pa loved and adored his family.
Per Pa’s wishes, there will be no services
scheduled. Memorial donations may be made in Pa’s
name to the Healthwell Foundation.
Cremation rites have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
