(LEAD) is thrilled to host an Open House for businesses and
residents. This is a unique opportunity to learn about our free
information technology training through the IT Workforce
Accelerator, which can significantly enhance your professional
skills and career prospects.
Between 7:30 am and 9:00 am on June 18, 2024, at The Board Room,
227 N. Kickapoo, the program administrators will be available
for an open house to share information regarding the different
programming available. The best part? All these courses are
available at no cost to those who work or reside within 45 miles
of Peoria.
The open house is free to attend. Coffee and doughnuts will be
served. As an awardee of
the US Economic Development Administration’s Good Jobs
Challenge, the IT Workforce Accelerator is a collaborative
effort between Illinois Central College, Bradley University, and
Eureka College. IT certificates can be completed at no cost to
participants. With offerings in many different specialized IT
