[February 23, 2024]  LINCOLN -  Joyce Miller, 64, of Lincoln, passed away February 20, 2024 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Visitation: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home

Service: 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home

Obituary

Joyce Miller, 64, of Lincoln, passed away February 20, 2024 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. also at the funeral home with Brother Jim Austin officiating.

Joyce was born February 27, 1959, in North Carolina, the daughter of William Larry Miller and Blanda Ernestine (Pitts).

Joyce loved the Lord and had a strong faith. She was a former church youth group leader. She enjoyed crafting and made several projects for her family. Joyce was an animal lover and cared for several dogs and cats throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed motorcycle riding and was a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. Singing at church with her mother and other family members was a cherished pastime of hers. Joyce always loved putting together family parties and gatherings. She was an administrative assistant at Jefferson Street Christian Church for several years.

Survivors include her father William Larry Miller, step-father Larry Daniels, sons Jonathan (Heather) Williams and Josh Fulk (Tiffany Fulmer), grandchildren: Sophia Williams, Kiersten Fulk, Abigail Williams, Kylee Fulk, Analisse Williams, Skylar Fulk, Solomon Williams, Blake Collings, and Ethan Fulmer, brother Marvin (Linda) Miller, former spouse Mike Fulk, canine companions Max and Presley, and several aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother an infant brother, and special animal companions Lady, Maggie, Diamond, Jazz, and many others.
